Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitors are chemotherapy drugs used to treat ovarian and cervical cancer. They work by targeting specific enzymes in the cancer cells to kill the cancer cells and prevent cancer from growing. Commonly prescribed PARP inhibitors include Lynparza (olaparib) and Rubraca (rucaparib).
