Gonadotropin-releasing Hormones
Gonadotropin-releasing hormones are medications used to treat endometriosis, fibroids, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and infertility. They control the secretion of certain hormones in the pituitary gland. Commonly prescribed gonadotropin-releasing hormones include Zoladex (goserelin), Lupron Depot (leuprolide), Eligard (leuprolide), and Trelstar (triptorelin).
