MS Drugs
MS drugs are medicines used to slow the progression of multiple sclerosis (MS) and provide relief from its symptoms. Common drug classes used to treat patients with MS include GABA agonists, interferon betas, corticosteroids, muscle relaxants, and potassium channel blockers. A commonly prescribed MS drug is the interferon beta Copaxone (glatiramer).
