Monophasic contraceptives are a form of birth control in which each pill in the pack delivers the same level of hormone. They generally come in 21 or 28-day cycles with either no pills or a placebo taken durign the final week of th cycle. Monophasic birth control is the most commonly prescribed form of contraceptive.
