Antihistamine, non-opioid antitussive, and decongestant combinations are medicines used to relieve allergy and cold symptoms, such as a cough, runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, and itchy or watery eyes. They contain a histamine blocker, a cough suppressant not derived from opioids, and a decongestant agent.
