Anxiolytics, Non-Benzodiazepines
Anxiolytics, non-benzodiazepines are used to relieve anxiety disorders, calm patients, and promote better sleep. They work on the central nervous system and increase dopamine and serotonin levels in the brain. A commonly prescribed anxiolytic, non-benzodiazepine is Buspar (buspirone).
