Tetracycline Antibiotics
Tetracycline antibiotics are used to treat infections caused by bacteria. These medications are used to treat a range of conditions, including rosacea, severe acne, and infections of the skin, respiratory tract, genitals, urinary that, lymph nodes, and intestines. They may also be prescribed to treat sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. Tetracycline antibiotics may also be prescribed to treat infections when another antibiotic, such as penicillin, cannot be used.
